I can't say enough nice things about David Prettyman and the spectacular job he did on my home. My home was filthy after years of no exterior maintenance by the previous owners and David came out and made everything look like brand new. He did the roof, house, wooden stairs, concrete patio, and three barns. I keep wandering around the outside of my house in amazement. He also communicated with me every step of the way from the initial quote to the day he arrived. I interviewed several people to do this job for me and I am so glad I went with my first choice, Prettyman Pressure Washing. I highly recommend David to anyone looking to improve the look of their home. He's a class act.

We just had our ceilings patched and painted. I am beyond impressed! As a professional painted myself specializing in furniture, I can say the quality of work was top notch! We will definitely be using their services again! I hate painting ceilings so it was well worth the cost of having the work done for me.

Dave pressure washed and painted the shutters of my 17 year old home for its first time. To say I am amazed at how he restored its facade to look brand new is an understatement. The entire exterior has never looked better. The attention to detail he put into painting the shutters black again while maintaining the woodgrain texture looks absolutely awesome. I would definitely have Dave do all of my future power washing and painting!

We were a tad worried about our roof as the shingles were older and we had never had it pressure washed with the fear it would damage beyond repair. David showed up promptly, went through each step for how he would care for the roof and bam, looks like new! The real reason that I am writing this recommendation however is because, David treated our roof (looks great) and followed back up a few days later telling me that he wanted to stop by and give the roof another soft wash just to give it another 'final clean' to get rid of the now dead growths. The roof already looked great but David wanted to give it one last finish touch. This was at no charge. David goes the extra mile, is extremely fair in price and I would highly recommend him. We are extremely happy

I have called upon Dave's skills many times over the years. He has painted the entire interior of my house, as well as the exterior. He cares for the project at hand with care and attention to detail as if it were his own home. The results are invariably stunning. I have had contractors spontaneously offer unsolicited comments on the unusual quality of the painting and ask for his name. His work is truly challenging to surpass, along with the reasonableness of the charges for his work.

David is extremely professional and a perfectionist about the work that he did for our family. David power washed and painted 2 decks and a shed. The one deck was extremely weathered and David spent a lot longer power washing then he expected but didn't get frustrated. He had great knowledge about paints versus stains and made appropriate suggestions. I highly recommend his services. We will have him back to do work again!
